 The indicated prices are valid for 5 and more nights.

The price of a stay of 1 to 3 nights is 100% more expensive than the basic price. The price of a stay of 3 to 5 nights is 50% more expensive than the basic price.

The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax in the amount of €1.60 per person per day. Persons between the ages of 12 and 18 pay the residence tax reduced by 50%, while persons under the age of 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

A deposit of 40% of the total amount is payable in advance in order to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival, either in cash, by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer, provided that funds are received and cleared no later than the first day of stay. The reservation is considered confirmed and final only after the deposit has been received. In case of cancellation by the guest, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.

In apartments 4 and 8, it is possible to allow pets to stay on request for an additional fee.
